Unfortunately terrible and heinous crimes and assaults happen in our cities and states. We at Hess & Leibowitz have had opportunities to represent people who have brought successful lawsuits against hotels, schools, apartment buildings, and clubs for not providing proper security which, at least in part, led to terrible injuries and even death.
